I had been going there over 5 years & always had good service. Never had a problem until the last two times I'd been. Got my nails done for a wedding, gel polish to be exact but it started chipping the very next day. When I told the owner Salena about it she told me I should've come back the next day. I told her I couldn't cause the wedding was the very next day & I didn't have time. All she said was "sorry". I went back one last time after that & the guy doing my manicure cut my cuticle & my finger was bleeding. He put some powder substance on it & it stopped bleeding. I left & an hour later my finger is bleeding again & is sore. I went back the same day & showed the owner Salena. She had me to sit down while she wiped the blood off. Then she talks to the nail technician in their language & comes back to tell me he said I had an ingrown nail. Obviously they didn't want to take responsibility for cutting a gash in my finger. I told her it was impossible for me to have an ingrown nail. She agreed with him. So I asked her what she would do to fix the problem,  she said she doesn't do refunds but she would give me $5 off on my next visit. I told her she did better giving me my money back cause that was an insult to offer me $5 off on my next visit & my finger is bleeding & sore. I have reported this place to the Better Business Bureau for bad service & the nail technician was not licensed. I'll never go to this shop again. I refuse to pay for unprofessional bad service.

I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails yesterday and I was over charged. I asked for a $23 length which really should’ve been a $18 length from my knowledge of pricing from other nail salons, and my total ended up being $40 dollars??. I had no extra work need but to simply apply the full set so I didn’t understand my total. I have been a loyal customer for around 2 years. I was highly upset and I will not be going back to this nail shop they have always been over priced. I will be taking my money else where!

I love getting my nails done here! Friendly staff, relaxing, comfortable atmosphere, and they also provide waxing, and eyelashes among their services. Fairly priced as well! Thank you Salina!!! I'll be back to visit and be pampered soon❣💄💅

All of the technicians here do fabulous work the week could be anywhere from 10 to be 20 minutes. But it's worth the wait! Once they start the service it doesn't take them long to complete it.

Worst Nail Shop And Saint Louis They Did A Rush Job  Doing My Nails And They Didn’t Even Do My Nails How I Wanted Them They Just Take My Money Than That  Was My First Time Going There I Never Got My Nails Done From Them Again I Went To Go Get My Nails Taken Off For My Birthday And They Changed Me $10 But When I Went Before It Was Only $5 . They Take An Extra $5 Just To Take My Nails Off With A Nail None Special I Most Definitely Do Not Recommend Going To This Suppose To Be Nail Shop
