I took my daughter to Pres Main on a very busy Friday evening.  She probably could have been seen at an Urgent Care facility, but you need an appointment at Pres Urgent Care and we sure did not plan for my daughter to get hurt. The wait was long, however the staff and nurses were great.  They helped comfort my daughter who was very nervous and in pain.  The doctor was kind and very thorough. My daughter had a full recovery and was excited to share her emergency room story to her classmates. I strongly believe the changes made by administrators have created major problems in the ER.  Just observing I would guess more than half of the patients being seen in the ER could have been treated at urgent care. This is pulling resources away from patients who are truly in an emergency situation.  Thank you doctors and staff for handling this crazy change handed down to you by administrators who obviously do not have a clue, and only see $$ signs.  Pres please reevaluate your Urgent Care process.  The changes you have made are not in the best interest of patient care and safety.

Staff has been taking wonderful care of my daughter during her inpatient stay! Thank you for trying so diligently to find the answer to what's wrong, and help her feel better! You've been a blessing during this rough time!

I had to go in a few months ago for an ectopic surgery and they really took care of me. All of the staff was very helpful and very sympathetic to my situation. I did have to wait in the room for a while before surgery for the on call doctor to show but other than that it was good

I went there for extreme lower abdominal pains. I arrived at the emergency room, after being sent there from the Urgent Care, around 12:30 p.m. I waited in the ER for about 1 hour before getting called to get my vitals checked and see why i was there. It took another hour to get blood drawn. I still waited in the ER hoping someone would call me soon. They asked that I take no medication for the pain because it will mess with the tests. As I was waiting, around 1:30 p.m., a guy who had chopped the whole tip of his finger off came in. He had it wrapped in a shirt and the receptionist asked he wait in the ER waiting room as well. Well long story short, he didn't get seen until after I got out of the hospital, around 10:15 p.m.. he had fainted after all of that blood loss. They also couldn't diagnose me with anything and almost 2 weeks later I am still in pain. They sent me home with no medications and no diagnosis. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! If they can't treat a guy who is losing so much blood for many hours, they won't treat anyone with minor to that.

Okay everybody for all of you who don't believe in angels you obviously haven't been to Presbyterian Hospital Ashleigh and Emilio are Saints Sent From Heaven these two nurses go above and beyond professionalism they actually have a heart and they actually care about the patience I have never been treated or pampered in such a way that made me want to write a review on how professional these two are. It's rare finding someone worth bragging about this hospital is lucky to have them on their staff words don't describe how kind of a heart these two nurses have... I'm not saying the rest of the staff doesn't but these two went above and beyond what they needed to and they deserve recognition. Thank you so much you two my heart goes out to you two  You guys made me feel like family even when I was at lowest ❤❤❤❤❤ to anyone who's lucky enough to have them as your nurse if you treat them with respect they will treat you like family. Best staff ever 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊   wouldn't go anywhere else if my life depended on it no pun intended thank you for your help
