Well other than the fact that it's a hospital I couldn't have asked for a better staff!! Very attentive and cared very well for my young one! All staff members I encountered were very helpful as well as very caring concerned and always willing to assist. Thanks For the wonderful care UNM!!

They treat you like a responsible adult patient who can take part in your own recovery, unlike many places that treat you like a child, no matter your age or status. UNM is preferable to all other ABQ Hospital's.

I love INN because everybody is nice and really helpful here!. And the doctors and nurses are nice and really helpful also!. And wen your sick or something and u come here they all really check you out and run all kinds of tests and everything and if and when you're pregnant the ladies here and midwives really take good great care of you and you're little bundle of joy!. To come!.

One word for this place is AMAZING! My husband is currently in critical condition here at UNM hospital. They have taken such good care of him and been wonderful to me as well. During this hard time they have been very informative updating me every step of the way. Some of the nurses go above and beyond to make sure my husband is comfortable and I am as well. They are always there to talk to me and are all willing to explain anything I ask. If I could give it 100 stars I would.

I must say, I came to this hospital AFTER "The Heart Hospital" had NO RESPONSE to the announcement of an M.I. in progress. THIS hospital took immediate action to triage, get me IVd, get an EKG and get me to ER personnel immediately. I would rate this experience as a 4.0 only because of one poor quality and rude nurse and the HEART HOSPITAL at BELOW SEA LEVEL AT A 1.O. This hospital gives one a good chance of survival in an ER situation and the HEART HOSPITAL seems to want to drum up funeral home business for mortalities due to neglect.
