My dad had a valve replacement here and the surgery went well. His stay in the ICU did not. Most of his nurses were inattentive; a doctor visited only once afterwards. Two days after the surgery we were told that he would be discharged the following day. Later that night he began to visibly shake so we told the nurse and she gave him a blanket. He quickly took the blanket off and said he wasn’t cold. He told me he was dying. We told the nurse who said it was fine and gave him something to help him sleep. We asked if we could have his nurse changed because we felt she was not being attentive. We were told we could not get a new nurse and shifts would change soon. Visiting hours ended and the ICU nurse kicked us out. We all left crying feeling something was wrong. Called twice that night and the nurse kept reiterating he was fine. He died later that night from internal bleeding. It wasn’t until after his death that we heard so many of others’ horror stories about this hospital. If you have the luxury of choosing another hospital, do so. Their level of care is incredibly substandard.

Had out patient surgery yesterday for a hernia removal and mesh repair. From the beginning calls the nurses were fantastic, they gave me all the info I needed before the day off surgery. I arrived and the staff were so pleasant, the nurses that prepped me explained everything they were doing and the procedures that followed. After surgery the nurses were at my bedside, and made sure I was ok. I was in quite of bit discomfort, in which they immediately took care of that and gave me meds. I have read the negative reviews and I must say I disagree. The out patient surgical staff are not only the best in the business, but the compassion they show is remarkable. They even joke with you to lighten the mood. So kudos to all of them. The only complaint I do have, which please confirm, is that I never got my cheeseburger, fries, and chocolate shake. Then again it probably was a good thing.

Took them forever to attend my mother who was fading in and out conciousness due to abdominal pain. I understand the process, but the experience was horrendous. The only good help was the person at the front desk. The physician was hardly there. Our charge nurse was not attentive at all. When I ask anything at the nurse's station to any nurse, I was given a response with sass. Our charge nurse took an hour to only discharge us in 5 minutes. She rigidly took out the IV needle. My mom was on blood thinners. She kept bleeding after the IV was taken out. The nurse asked all the way in the end of the process if she was on blood thinners. If she was actually attentive, she would of known. Worst experience in the ER.

We just left this ER. Very bad service here tonight. Nurse was Rude and unprofessional. They Released a patient that was NOT stable at all. He made it to the parking LOT and Fell unconscious to the ground. We actually had to carry him back inside . Never will I return to This Hospital. My opinion .. This was One of the Worst Experiences !! Felt hopeless leaving here. The receptionist was the Only helpful employee.. she gave me the Number to File a complaint.

They don't deserve any stars. Very stupid bunch of ppl. The first time I had bells palsy and they said it was from peroxide. Then a few days ago they tell me I probably have lung cancer. They couldn't even figure out my ct scan to tell me anything. No dummies its pneumonia. Never again.
