I love Dr Gorrepati (psychiatrist), I've been seeing him for several years. Not fond of the regular doctors (only saw them once, but they still rubbed me the wrong way). It is also nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone if you need a prescription refill or basically anything other than having to schedule an appointment, which has caused a lot of stress due to the fact that I drive 3 hours to get here, and there have been times where I've had to re schedule and then panic about not being able to get my meds refilled. They've always eventually gotten filled but I've had to take different measures, like having my mother go into the actual building and speak with someone (she lives a half hour away),  for anything to get done. They definitely need a better system and/or more nurses to return and answer phone calls!

This is the most ghetto, inconvenient, rude, disrespectful place I have ever entered. I went for a follow up which was urgent do to the pain I have been feeling. I had the most rude, racist, trump supporter doctor who spoke to me and my mother as if we were ignorant and did not understand nor speak English. She also insulted us in every reference and sentence that she spoke. I have never felt more disrespected in such a place that is suppose to be a vibrant, helpful one. She was no help but a waste of time and solved none of my issues. She also did not say goodbye and had another women enter the room to walk us out.

Not the first or last time I have had issue with this place doesn't matter if you make an appt or not you will sit in the office for ever and on top of that even you get here early still a long wait time!
Their staff is very unprofessinal and some of the doctors don't even take the time to really get details to why you are there to see a doctor.
Also the referral staff is horrible and so unprofessional and rude! Also while you wait for the doctor they will move you from the appt spot to different doctors or even take you out if you supposably were late when you weren't late only because you waited in line forever cause they are always behind!
They always overbook and double book appts! There are a few doctors that I will see there!
Only because insurance is so outrages my family and I go with what we can afford and its here!

Unorganized. Complete waste of time! First off had to get xrays to see if broken or fractures, that swollen but doctor holly complete idiot claims it's ok to work standing up 10 to 12 hour shifts on newly sprained swollen ankle with fluid while lifting up to 70 lbs. Refused to give doctor's note. Got her degree from the crackhead society. Do not need to be nurse/doctor. Does not care about patients. Had to go to a real doctor who had sense! Ridiculous Will never go back!
