Please do not go to this dry cleaner unless you want your clothes to get lost or ruined. 
Their three strikes for me included: 
1) stapling the laundry receipt directly onto the fabric of my boyfriend's dress shirt.
2) losing the fabric ribbon belt that came with my dress pants.
3) losing the interior slip portion of my brand new dress. 
They offered no remorse, credit, or reimbursement for losing/ruining pieces of clothing. This place should be renamed "Absolute WORST Laundry & Cleaners," because that's the truth of their service.

This place might be the worst dry cleaner in the city.  They lost ALL of my clothes (about 17lbs of laundry), then tried to swindle me out of replacement cost.  I finally gave in (didn't have time for small claims court).  They were the closest cleaner to me, so I kept going.  Since the "case of the vanishing clothes" they have since 1) lost my hamper multiple times, 2) practically destroyed a sweater I had by hanging it instead of boxing it like I asked and 3) put a giant tear in one of my dress shirts.  Mistakes happen, but they vehimently deny any wrongdoing and generally lie to you about the situation.  DO NOT GO HERE.
