I came in today (Valentines Day) and the woman who helped me was very courteous, friendly, and helpful to me on one of their busiest days. I felt like I was a bit of an annoying customer as well. I don't know anything about flowers and the woman worked with me to get me some very nice flowers. Everyone there seems great and I will be using them again.

I ordered flowers from 1800Flowers and Preston Flowers was the florist to deliver the flowers (their name was on the card). What was delivered was not what was ordered. I called 1800Flowers and didn't get the answer I was happy with. I should have just called Preston Flowers directly. They could have just re-delivered what I had originally ordered, but they didn't. They delivered an arrangement that was worth at least twice what I paid. It really blew me away. I

Excellent and personal service.  I called and asked if they could get some flowers out in a very short time frame and they really came through for me (when everyone else in town couldn't make it happen).  I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.
