I was supposed to have flowers delivered to me on my birthday, and came home to a delivery attempt notification with a phone number to call.  I called multiple times that day and the next and no one ever answered the phone. I finally spoke to someone and had the flowers redelivered - 2 days late.  The person I spoke to told me that there is an answering service in California that was supposed to pick up the line. I would have left it at that, but the person who ordered the flowers contacted the company that he had originally placed the order with and was sent an email thread in which an employee of The Blossom Shop flat out lied and said that I had signed for the flowers 7 minutes after the time on my delivery notice.  While the flowers that I ultimately received were very nice, the customer support and deceit makes this a company that I would never want to do business with again.

Originally as a poor college student, I liked the large variety that this company had on hand compared to some of the other locations and their heavy discounting on flowers at the end of the week that they were about to replace with fresh ones, and I prefer them simply because of that.  I've never had billing or sending issues as other reviewers had since I've never required that from them so I can't say anything as far as addresses that didn't get updated or deliveries.  They've been friendly and very knowledgable on the flowers they keep, and as I mentioned during non-holiday times before they re-order flowers they give a good discount on the flowers that are soon to be replaced and you can get some nice exotice flowers on the cheap.  As for their bouquets or arranged flowers, they are pricey like everywhere else but they're extremely nice and all made in-house.  I couldn't ask for more.

I'm a florist from Texas and I love this place! Everytime I call them, I get great service, but I also get GREAT feedback on whatever I need sent. They do everything I have ever asked, and trust me, I can come up with some crazy request. Keep up the good work! Worth every dime! Kim - Ginny's Gifts

This place does not exist.  When you call you get Fallon's Flowers in Raleigh.
