I made a wholesale order for a colleagues event that I was making arrangements for. Typically when doing an event I would order from an online floral wholesaler, but because of the event timing, I couldn't get delivery on the day I needed the flowers, so I had to figure out an alternative supplier. Frank worked with me to select specific varieties of the roses and orchids I needed and put in extra effort to make sure that the colors would match what I needed. When the event time came, the orchids we ordered weren't available, and unfortunately the folks at the shop didn't catch that the flowers the grower sent were the wrong color. (This is the one thing they could have done better.) I contacted Frank after they were delivered, who immediately confirmed the issue and worked with me to find and get replacements. I had an acceptable replacement delivered the next day, in plenty of time for the event (initial delivery was two days prior to the event). Since the alternate flowers were less expensive, the shop took the originals back, and agreed to refund me the difference in coat. Frank even had them send over extra flowers (double the number agreed) to make sure that we had color options that would meet our needs. Frank was a pleasure to work with, and exhibited excellent customer service every step of the way. Oh, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful! I'll definitely be contacting Fallon's the next time I need flowers for an event!

ALL I CAN SAY HANDS DOWN THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I never had a chance to come in meet with ladies. So my sister who is out state was able to pay for them and I had my auntie pick them up day of the wedding with no problem. My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous it was exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much!!!

Wanted to order flowers for my wife on our 26th year anniversary so I called Fallon's. Debbie was very patient with me as I went through the process of trying to decide what would make a statement and what I knew my wife would like. I placed the order to be delivered and of course my wife decided to leave early so we could get a jump on our plans for the evening. I called Debbie in a panic and she went above and beyond by personally delivering the flowers to my wife so she would have them before she left for the day. Thank you again SO much!!

My experience at Fallon's was absolutely seamless! I came in to get arrangements done for my best friend's bridal shower. Not knowing a thing about flowers, the associate guided me along and came up with some ideas for the arrangements and took care of me within 15 minutes - I even asked if all this could be ready by our deadline- and her response was "oh of course!" which was nice as I was expecting a long lead time. When I picked them up the morning of the shower, they had turned out even more beautiful than I could've imagined! The designer did such a perfect job capturing what I was looking for. And not to mention picking them up on the morning of (which was hectic and full of appointments/pickups) was flawless, pleasant and quick. Extremely satisfied with the service and quality, and will always come here for future flower needs!

Fallon's Flowers is ABSOLUTELY the BEST!!! Diane and her team made my husband's 40th Birthday celebration a beautiful event!!! Their attention to detail and creativity helped to create a wonderful mood and atmosphere!! Thank you so much for being our florist!!! Look NO FURTHER!!! Fallon's is the Florist for you!
