I purchased a BEAUTIFUL car at Price Auto Sale back in April 2016. I had not taken any warranty on the car at the time. A while after purchasing the car, I noticed issues with the engine. I monitored it for months and it just became worst.. eventually, my motor needed to be changed. I didn't know what to do.. this was a major repair for my car and a major expense for me and honestly, the car dealership had no responsibility to repair it. I know they are good people and have a very good reputation from what I've heard in the past.. so .. I thought I would go and meet with the Owner (Rikky Price) and Manager (Mark Hanson) of Price Auto Sales to see if anything could be done. They told me not to worry and that they would take care of me. They took my car in and replaced the motor (WITH HALF THE KMs from my previous motor!!!) and lend me another car while it was being fixed. They even paid for a brand new motor part that should be changed if replacing a motor (this cost them an additional $350). In total, it came to almost $2500 for the repairs! The deal was that I was going to pay half on the final bill, which I found extremely fair since they had no obligations to repair or pay for anything. When I went in today to square off the bill and make payment arrangements with Rikky and Mark, they sat me down and told me I didn't owe them a penny!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it!!! Now... if this is not SERVICE and VALUING THEIR CUSTOMERS, I don't know what is!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH PRICE AUTO SALES! You are the BEST at customer service and looking after your customers! You just made my day!!!!!!!!! BIG HUGS!! xoxoxo

I was searching for a specific model car in Halifax and test drove two, however upon Google searching online I came across a car located in Fredericton at Price Auto Sales. I contacted Mark at Price Auto and asked him about the car he had on the lot. He was very easy to deal with, responded to all my questions quickly and professionally. He facilitated a test drive for me and had no problems helping me feel at ease along the way. Mark had the car beautifully detailed when it was time for me to pick it up. When I researched Price Auto Sales online I was happy to see a family run business who are proud to put their faces out there. I also noticed that on their Facebook that they have a number of repeat customers which said to me that they stand behind what they sell. I am very happy with the service I received from Mark and Price Auto Sales and I would certainly recommend them!

My husband and I had financial issues in the past and were suffering via paying high interest rates years later. I was very please that Mark Hanson took the time to explain to us how we could end up in a newer vehicle and pay a much lower interest rate now that we have repaired our credit. We were able to get a much nicer vehicle and our payments are almost the exact same as with our previous car (because of the high interest). He took the time to make sure we were happy with the vehicle we chose and that we would have the best interest rate possible. My father has since bought a vehicle from Mark Hanson and his experience was excellent as well. He got exactly what he wanted and at a better price then any of the competitors. I refer this business to all my friends. I know lots of people who have dealt with Price Auto Sales and more specifically Mark Hanson and I have never heard anything but good comments. :)
