I was searching for an affordable furniture store, and found Price Buster on Google search engine. My first impression came from my initial phone call to the store, where I spoke to a very friendly, courteous Corey (I believe that's his name). I came in the store and was greeted by a very bubbly Daphney, whom did almost exactly like Corey. She assisted me in finding a bedroom, living room and kitchen set. Due to not filling out my application I had to come back the next day. Daphney was not in, but three times in a row I was greeted with by a very knowledgeable friendly manager this time, Jason. He also assisted me, and I'm very indecisive, but he was patient with me. I left with 2 bedrooms along with the other stuff. My items were delivered in two days, just like they said, by guess what? Friendly delivery workers. I've recommended Price Busters to my co-workers, and my friends. Awesome service!!!

Daphney was excellent (my sales person) and the manager! I was able to get my stuff the same day without any problems! I will be back to pick more furniture! Thank you LaShawn D.

I purchased a sectional in December. I was told that I was approved for a "line of credit" but in actuality it was a LEASING CONTRACT that stipulated that if the furniture was not paid in full in 90 days I would not own the furniture. Furthermore, the bi-weekly increments they took out of my paycheck WAS NOT equal to 3 months but more like 6 months so the plan was for me to not own the furniture. Delivery day: 1/29/16 I was delivered a sectional with a huge gaping hole in the side of it. I immediately called the store to inform them and was told I was supposed to inspect it before the delivery guys left and that I WAS RESPONSIBLE!!!! I went to the store to talk to a manger and was told the same thing at which point I went berserk!!! I called corporate and emailed pics of the damage. It was determined that I COULD NOT have done the damage myself. I was promised a new sectional. A month and a half went by...still no replacement. I was told it was on "back order". I got a call in April saying my "replacement piece" was ready...wait what??? "REPLACEMENT PIECE"??? I was supposed to get a whole new sectional and furthermore, it was THE WRONG DAMN PIECE!!! So here it is 6/18/16 and I STILL haven't gotten my furniture. Just went to the store again and was told to call back Monday. REALLY???? It's been FIVE MONTHS!!!!! Do not shop here. You get what you pay for!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a RIP OFFFFF!!!! Make sure you ask questions about their finance options. It's a leasing plan a lot like Renter Center!!!! I cancelled my order less than 24 hours. They talk about they don't do refunds. I don't even have the furniture!!! Crazy!!!!!!
