My Finace and I viewed Regency products on-line but wanted to view the products before purchasing for our new home.  When he and I went to the  the store in Langley, MD (not wanting a pushy sales person) we were in fact greeted by a fabulous salesman Michael Moore.  He was not pushy to sell but did everything in asking us what it was we were looking for style, quality and price.  We, felt at ease and will be purchasing our furniture there do to his exceptional customer service!!!!!

The worse customer service I have ever experienced. We select a sofa and love set. We have been told by sale man Tom that we have all the products in the store. It is almost two months that we are waiting to get our chair, but still nothing. My husband called two times and spoke with store manager but still we did not get the exact date when will we receive our chair. This is not the way of business. Once they take your money, and sale their products then they forget about you. DON'T waste your time and money. I will never ever recommend this store to my family and friends. I do not have option to give a zero star.

Instantly coming in I was greeted with great customer service. A gentlemen named Luis was able to help me out. He gave me a real good price also. I told him I was shopping around and he was able to match and beat the price of other competitors. Definitely will be to finish off my living room, and bedroom!

The worst customer services at this store. I was with my sister to purchase a sofa and love set. First we have been told that we the product at store. This has been told customer service representative( Tom). They are not on their wards people. Please do not wast your time and money at this store.They charged my sister for two love set and one chair. We received love set, but still waiting from last two month to get the chair.

I came with my family looking to upgrade the living room furniture and upon entering we were warmly greeted my Jose Sam Hernandez. He was very respectful, professional, and was a great help with our purchase. We are very satisfied with our service from Jose and will surely return for future purchases.
