When I picked up my car after the repair it looked great, HOWEVER, there was a problem I could not see. A few months later I noticed an area of paint removal on the side if the bumper and when I looked more closely I found that I could take my fingernail and flake off more paint. I was told by several people who did body work that it appeared there was a step that had been skipped when the front bumper was repaired, thst would have bonded the paint yo the bumper. I then took it back to Cortner's but was told this was not the case but they would give me a slight discount on the repair ( they would repair for 400.00) I did not have the repair done.  I originally paid them 500.00 and Farm Bureau paid them much more to do a very inferior job. I now live across the country but want to warn anyone who does business with Cortner's Auto repair to be very careful and do it at your own risk. If I still lived in the area I would take whatever action necessary to have my car repaired correctly or to recover the money paid to them by myself AND my insurance company.
