Sitting here waiting on my SUV to be serviced,Not knowing what's  going on, There's  walking  back and forth  talking to other customers  about there vehicle.not With me They think I just suppose to except what they have written down and not ask any question The devil is a lie.My visit today was very disappointed

Lied to about the price and charged $3000 more than i was told. Im active duty with no family to help with my financial decisions and now i got screwed by the dealer that works here. Now nobody wants to help to resolve the situation.

I purchased a 2015 chevy sonic new in april of 2015, and noticed this past Saturday the great prices on the 2017 buick encores so I test drove one. I absolutely loved the encore and would love to trade my car for it. The general manager and finance manager were awesome and did everything possible to try to make the deal happen, but unfortunately we just couldn't get the payments we needed to make a deal. they were never pushy and were friendly and courteous. They worked very hard to get the financing and succeeded, but unfortunately it just wasn't in the cards because the payment was quite a bit from our budget. I will definitely go back to them for my next vehicle purchase none the less because no one works harder to please their customers!!
