I have been going to this place for almost a year now. So this review is basically overdue. I cannot be grateful enough to this gym because of the role it played in my efforts to be physically fit. You won’t believe how unhealthy and unfit I was before going to this gym especially with how I look now. I owe that to many people, this gym included.

Best parkour training center in the D.C. Area, world class instructors.

Coach had good points on form, learned some new stretches, great WOD, focused and intense without being intimidating in any way.  I will be back every time I am in town.

I called the day prior to confirm the Saturday 9AM WOD to drop in from out of town. I showed up 20 minutes early and the place never opened.
