I had a very poor experience at this Primanti Bros. There were only two people staffing the entire restaurant from what my date and I could see. The two gentleman were working hard and fast, but it was still poor service because of the excessive demand on them. Our sandwich was excellent, but the wings we ordered after took forever to come. We also ordered two drinks with our wings, and those never ended up coming. When the wings did come, they were the wrong kind. After 20 minutes of waiting for someone to come back, I went up and spent another 5 or 10 at the counter waiting for someone to address me. After getting the right wings, we ate them, waited for someone to come to us for the check, and ultimately decided to go up to the counter and request our check. Sure enough, the two drinks we ordered and never got were on the tab which I was billed for and then subsequently refunded. This was overall very poor service and a subpar experience at best. I will look elsewhere for a meal and drinks next time.

This is a Pittsburg specialty so I was happy to give it a try. And the sandwich preparation is unique and fun (french fries, meat, and coleslaw all inside the sandwich). But honestly, the sandwich was a bit dry and after all didn't really taste all that great. A little too stodgy. All in our party agreed that it doesn't really matter what kind of meat you get inside, your palate is just overwhelmed with white bread and french fries.

Best French Fry sandwich ever! I know it sounds horrid...right? But seriously...you have to try it...with Frank's Red hot. It's an "over the top" heart attack so start off light....I prefer the cheese and fries....without meat....because...it's really obnoxiously big...and good.

Was recommended this place by an ex marine now working in Vegas and said I had to try it... thought this guy been around the world, knows what he talking about, so sure enough me and my partner went looking on our first full day in the burgh'. We was met with friendly staff that was keen to make sure we was looked after, we wasn't disappointed and there is a huge selection of sandwiches so take a lot of trips to go through everyone... there are 2 primanti bros eateries that I know of, and seen as this specific one was suggested Im glad I tried this one and not the other, no disrespect to staff at thee other just knew what to expect at this one. More of a lunch time meal rather than a tea thing...

Very friendly staff.  They explain everything about the menu.  Food is amazing.  I don't think I could go back to Pittsburgh without stopping here.
