My fiance had severe back pain and symptoms of a pinched nerve. The receptionist and nurse were absolutely wonderful, which is the only reason I didn't give 1 star. We had Dr. Robert A'gostino who turned it into a very unpleasant experience. He was extremely rude and only spoke to us for a couple minutes, after we waited 40 minutes for him to come in. It seemed like he was trying to just get rid of us and could care less about our appointment. It was very uncomfortable and frustrating. I would recommend Nancy Trifilo who is my primary care doctor, but Dr. Robert A'gostini was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend him to anyone.

The whole Place is nothing but POOR excuses and rules that staff makes up as they go along. Also the customer service a joke! So the patient comes last,  the owners should look at the reviews not the bank account. I WILL SAY THEY HAVE ONE NURSE  THAT IS A SHINING STAR!!!!

 ONE NURSE PRACTITIONER IS  CRUDE AND AS ROUGH AS THEY COME.

My DR. CARRIE LUNDEN YOUNG has become a DR. At this practice and I followed her from Dartmouth of Keene. I like the practice, the people, and of course my DR.

Doctor Sioxn has been an excellent primary care physician for our family. We have been coming here for the past 10 years and we have never been dissapointed with Doctor Sixon. The nurses are excellent. The desk staff has been fair in the past but seems to be very good in recent years.

I was bringing my new born here he's now one and each time I was lied to about vaccines and what they actually help protect against. I was told they don't have the vaccines insurts. Their very rude !!
