The cost of the storage unit is high, which is fine as long as everything else is in order. Unfortunately they want to nickle and dime you with fees after that. 

I had my debit card stolen and the bank canceled the card number. This unfortunately happened the day before Prime tried to bill the card for my monthly fee. The bill didnt go through. They sent me an e-mail to notify me that my payment did not go through so I immediately called them to reconcile.  There was no answer so I left a voicemail. 

I tried several times to reach prime storage to give them new payment information and was unsuccessful so I ended up driving to the office and doing it in person. By that time I had been charged a late fee. This was a week after the payment attempted to go through.  I asked them to refund it given the circumstances and they told me I didn't actually get billed a fee even though I could see it on my bank statement. I showed Prime the statement and they said that they would refund the fee. Long story short they lied. The fee never got refunded even though I followed up several times. 

I'm fine with paying a fair price, but I expect to get treated well as a customer. I'd already paid Prime storage nearly a thousand dollars when they hit me with a 20 dollar late fee.  After that I decided to empty my unit out and find another option.

I would have to give the folks an A+ for quality of service at Auburn Storage Solutions.  They were very professional, helped me make a choice and immediately processed an upgrade when I decided I needed more room.  The facility is neat, clean, well cared for and during this period of tremendous snow accumulation, they are very attentive to clearing the area as well as the roof.  I am extremely pleased with the value and services provided.  I would recommend the facility without any hesitation.

I would not recommend this company. 
As Auburn Solutions they were a great company but since being bought by Prime they have had computer problems which resulted in billing issues resulting in them locking me out of my unit incorrectly; followed by poor customer service when I moved my things out, and a number of unreturned phone calls. 
Find somewhere else to store your things!

very nice ladies run the place. never had any problems.was able to downgrade our storage unit when we moved back into our own place with no hassle. Their pay online program is very easy to navigate. Will let our friends know to come here for their storage needs!!!

Dear Auburn Storage Solutions.  I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the time that I have been using your storage unit.  The unit houses were always clean, reasonably priced and kept as safe as Fort Knox!!!!!  You will never know how much my mind was at ease renting your facilities.  Also your customer service was impeccable. The employees have always been friendly courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.  I will definitely use you again if I ever need storage again.  Thank you.
