I love prime time. I have been coming here since they opened and they are great. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I had my first appointment with Prime Time last week and so far I am very very pleased withh this office.  The staff is really nice and the waiting room is very clean and comfortable.  I liked the room that I fot my teeth worked on because the yellow paint kept me very calm and the furniture is dark oak wood which made it feel like I was at home.  The best part was thwy have tvs infront of all the chairs and that was a great distraction and also kept me calm.  I not only would recommend adults there but children as well.  I go back soon to get my first extraction so I will let you all know how my experience was.

Will not be going there ever again. The lady cleaned my teeth within 2 minutes, but she was very nice and answered all my questions so i give the company one star for her nice attitude, but I feel like she didn't really clean or maybe my teeth didn't need much cleaning...who knows. Then, I got two fillings, and one of them chipped off in the SAME day!! Next day, I called them to make another appointment...the girl told me to come in at 10am. So i did and then they told me to come back at 1pm because they had too many patients. Like what?! Why even tell me to come at 10am then? I felt like that was very rude and inconsiderate of them. Waste of my time and gas. THEN, when i got there at one, I waited 20 minutes and it only took them one minute for them to refix my filling. I'm just confused as to why I had to come back if it only took them one minute to fix the problem. So I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are inconsiderate and does not take their time to do a good job.

These guys are truly amazing! They are honest and extremely  knowledgeable. They made me feel safe, and insured me that everything is going to be ok. I really appreciate all the time and effort that went in to making me feel comfortable and informed! Thank you for everything!

On Wednesday, August 3rd, I had got three tooth extractions at their Ogontz Ave location. The process was pain free, even down to Dr. Kim injecting the anesthesia prior to surgery. 

Dr. Kim and the other dentists are amazingly knowledgeable, down to earth, considerate and most importantly urgent and fast-paced. The front desk as well. They are friendly and really do enjoy interacting with their patients. They know how to relate to people regardless of the demographic and median income.

I have two root canals to take care of and because of them, I feel that it's possible. Dr. Kim encouraged me that I will be able to pay it after honestly informing me that I am in need of two root canals.

I recommend them to everyone, regardless of age and regardless of income.
