I love this dentist office the staff are very courteous and professional. They are very welcoming which can make any coward to the dentist comfortable.  The dentist is very gentle and always helpful with any questions or concerns

Dr. Seroon is awesome! The staff is bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) and very comforting. It's a pleasure to be a part of the office.

I feel that I was discriminated against. I have had two strokes. I have Aspergers. I left a message--following instructions from the secretary, who was following up with my insurance--that apparently sounded angry due to the strokes, Aspergers and the stress they have inflicted upon me. It was simply the message I leave for all my doctors when I get their voice mail and ask them to call me back. Jared called and told me he was refusing me as a patient. I have filed a formal complaint with my insurance. I would not recommend Smile Concepts Dental to anyone.
