Drove out of the way just to take my business here. Glad I did. Mona was extremely helpful. I told her my situation, she said she would be willing to go out of her way and get my cleaning back to me early if my own plans change. I'm going to keep driving the extra 10 minute out of the way to take my business here. 6 starts!!!

Mona and her fantastic team completely reconstructed the gown I had purchased for my wedding. They had to sew up the side zipper, then create a corset back. This dress was gorgeous to start with, but when they were done, it was exactly my dream dress. I received so many compliments, not only on this gown, but also the dress I wore at the reception, which also required extensive altering. Amazing work, reasonable pricing, delivered on time. Thank you!

Primo Alterations has helped me greatly in feeling exceptionally dressed on a daily basis! I retired about 95% of my wardrobe last year after having lost fifty-five pounds. Growing into a more professional appearance, I decided to update my wardrobe. This adjustment went from typical San Diego boardshorts, jeans, and sweatshirts to suits, sweaters, and well-fitting high quality clothing. In the past six months and probably well over twenty visits to Primo Alterations, I have only experienced a 100% commitment to the highest quality of work, customer service, and a feeling of great satisfaction (while wearing the best fitting clothes possible). Muna has given me invaluable insight, recommendations when I've asked, and very honest feedback. She has also shared with me most of what I know about pieces fitting on my unusually shaped (narrow shoulders, broad chest and back, slender waist, full seat, and shorter-than-average) body, as well as shown me how to accentuate my self-expression with well-fitting clothing. She has made many different types of alterations on dress shirts, dress slacks, raw denim jeans, coats, jackets, and a suit. As my J. Hilburn personal stylist, she also made me an exceptional custom shirt; it is quite possibly my favorite article of clothing I've ever owned! I wear it as much as I can. I am able to very confidently dress now how I envisioned six months ago. After such a time-consuming and tedious journey of finding clothes that fit, Muna's superior assistance has given me the feeling of being prepared for any occasion. I feel more self-respected and confident in how I present myself than I ever have. Muna, I look forward to continuing to introduce my family and friends to you, as to give them the invaluable opportunity to have their own personal, knowledgeable, and truly wonderful tailor.
