Did a good job on my shirts, but the prices are too high. They charge 1.50 per shirt, just to wash and iron. Had better service in Arlington and better prices. Looking for another dry cleaner who won't clean out my wallet. My normal load is 6 to 7 dress shirts per week, and at these prices, it adds up fast. If you can find a more reasonble dry cleaner, use them.

Less expensive than other cleaners in the area around Camp Bowie. Their prices are less than the 5-shirt or 3-slacks special prices at the others. And great service...

This is a review for Primo Cleaners in Fort Worth, Texas on 9080 Camp Bowie 76116
Took 3 pairs of pants to be hemmed and pressed on a Monday evening and was told they would be ready for pick up that Saturday.  I went Saturday morning and they said, "Come back after 5".  Went after 5 and they said, "One is still not ready, come back Tuesday" (That Monday was a holiday)  Went back Tuesday evening only to find out that one pair of my pants was "not lost, just missing".  Apparently the factory that they send clothes off to misplaces articles of clothing "all the time", according to the lady who I spoke with.  The employees at Primo Cleaners lied to me when they told me my pants weren't ready, they should have told me from the beginning that they were lost.  I asked to speak with the manager and I was informed that she wasn't there, and they "never know" when she is going to be there.  I honestly don't know how this place stays in business if they constantly lose people's clothes, and if there's never a manager around to check-in.  If you want a professional, trust-worthy place to take your clothes, DO NOT chose this one.
