Recently had 2 very poor experiences with this place, which I went to because they are close to my house. It seems to be run by a husband and wife, but neither speak very good english which makes it difficult to communicate what you want. First experience was to get a down comforter cleaned: it was not ready on the day they said it would be, and when it was done they did not get a stain out of it and it had a strong chemical smell which has still not fully gone away after a month. Second trip was to get a down sleeping bag washed (expensive Mountain Hardwear 10-degree bag). It was again not ready when they said it would be, but when it was done and I picked it up, they failed to mention a new 8" rip. When I got home and took it out of the bag, feathers went EVERYWHERE. When I took it back, they claimed it was not their problem and not their fault, even though the bag had no rips when I took it in. Then they claimed that "the chemicals are very heavy and the bag is poor quality so it ripped", which is both false and means they are taking on jobs they know they cannot complete properly. Also the tag on the bottom of the bag was melted, indicating it got WAY too hot when they were drying it. They agreed to sew it back together but now my bag is ruined for any future warranty support. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THESE AMATEURS
