Just moved from The Bronx and was looking for an authentic Bronx pizza taste. I found that right here at Primo Pizza. Great pizza, great combos, great dinners, great service...who can ask for more.

I'll start by saying "I'm fussy"... I'm a food guy.. Food had to be done right. This is what you do for a living, right?
That said... I got Pile of appetizers and a broccoli calzone... All were great..  hot, fresh and "spot on" flavor..
I will be back again...

Best Pizza in town!  Cheese'steak Fridays, Buffalo Chicken Pizza and the service is why my friends and I have been eating lunch here every day for the last 7-8 years!!!  Feels like family!!  Love it!

So I ordered 2 lg pies 1 plain 1 extra cheese and when I received my delivery the extra cheese pie had half of its cheese slide off of it. I call and explain what happened and had the owner put on the phone and had him go on and tell me that his driver made no mistakes in delivering the pizza and was strongly insinuating that I was lying to him mind you I even left a $6 tip when the shop is only 2 mind from where I live and I was not asking for a refund just for them to make me a new pie and deliver it.... so he goes on yelling at me over the phone stating that he will not send me another one and that I would have to bring the pie in for a refund and that’s all he could do... obviously that’s ridiculous but I do go and take the pie back and show him what was wrong with the pie and he just starts yelling and throws $12 at me mind you a large pie extra cheese is $16 and I wanted the top back from bad food delivery and horrible service and he goes on to curse at me and yelling on the top of his lungs that I’m starting problems and complaining about nothing while all I’m asking was for him to be fair and honest.... Completely ridiculous considering they have ok food and now to find out that they have extremely horrible customer service and I will never order there again nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. “””CAUTION”””VERY BAD BUSINESS OWNER”””CAUTION”””

P.s. I only got $16 back and was denied the tip back while he’s threating to call the cops when I was talking to him for a total of 30 seconds
