First off let me convey that I do appreciate them offering Covid testing to the community. However, the system is extremely flawed.  1. Trying to squeeze too many people in an already crowded parking lot. At some point there should be a cut off. The lot was already full and they kept trying to pile more folks in. The Library parking lot located on the same property is sitting totally empty. It's county property, use it.  2. There should be pre-registration for the testing. The intake takes forever. Too many people walking up to the same vehicles. Then you have to keep constantly cutting you vehicle off and and moving while still getting intake. Just craziness and a huge delay!  3. Too many people becoming to the same car to administer the test, which means the test are going through too many folks hands. I feel it should be one person responsible per car. My father was tested before me and I have my information first and had to wait 5 minutes for another tech to do my test.  If some of these things are changed it would be a smoother transition for all involved. We had to wait 2.5 hours for two test. This is the longest we ever had to wait to be tested. One poor young lady that was taking people's info looked like her leg as bothering her, yet she kept making the walk to people's car. Then two employees were fussing over which car was next. Too much unnecessary confusion. If you see some taking info at one, move to the next unless it's 4 or more folks being tested.  There were some pluses, I appreciated the porta pottys, & some of staff was very friendly.

Donna is very rude and her phone mannerism is very distasteful.
