We are residents of Manassas by Sinclair Elementary School .
Children playground has been occupied by soccer players, gangs, ice cream carts. They play loud music, use loud speakers, drink alcohol , and then use condoms which can be found by young innocent children of Sinclair Elementary.  It was very peaceful few years ago, appears park management is failed and leaving a back door open for unfortunate to happen. It is very much disturbance to our families and neighbors to watch them urinating and changing clothes right by our back yards and deal with nuisance . We hope park management will pay serious attention to this matter this year! And besides it is school grounds.
