In December 2016, contractors hit our waterline into the house and the Service Authority was on scene almost immediately to turn off the water. We were without water for a few days, while the hole was expanded and the plumber could get into the site for the repair. While the plumber was repairing the line, we called the Service Authority and a technician arrived shortly afterward. When he turned on the water, the line continued to leak, and the technician turned off the water again, helped drain the line, and stayed with us until the plumber was able to complete the repair. We were quite thankful of their support!

The first visit the tech came out without notice and did nit oeave a bote. I had to call customer service to see what happened (they never bothered to call me to notify me) turns out a valve was one somewhere. Spoke with a rep. To arrange a 2nd visit, she told me they would put a note in for the tech to come out after 3pm (she said she didnt say after 3pm was guaranteed)the guy shows up at 2:45pm and leaves before I get there l; I called immediately to the company to see if he could come back out. Now it's the 3rd time so they are going to charge 35$fee. Absolute worst customer service. I asked the rep what time the tech would be here, his reply was between 3:15pm and 10pm. After 23mins they called back saying the recorded conversation between three rep. And myself didn't make it clear that there is no guaranteed time of arrival. The 35$ fee was dropped and a tech was sent out to turn on water. That was my Monday...

The Customer service was kind of slow and I kept on having to repeat myself.

This is a self serving succubus of the county. I have a well and must pay for water!! They need to be regulated.
