The staff are accommodating and considerate.  I appreciate their efforts to make every child feel cared for.  I like how Dr. Makinde makes a special effort to be prepared for each child and even remembers the children as individuals. He has a definite way of approaching them at their specific developmental level and encourages them with each encounter.  

There’s a warm, family approach to the practice.  The staff take time to add a  short relevant conversation.  The atmosphere is relaxed. I find everyone easily approachable and willing to take a few extra minutes if needed. I wouldn’t say they are perfect, but my children and I know what kindness and care feel like- that’s what we’ve received while here.  Sometimes it takes a village, and they have joined in to make their medical care just that much easier.

The staff and Dr were very nice. This was our first visit and my daughter was uncomfortable about seeing a new doctor. The doctor took her time explaining to my daughter about changes she will experience and safety  precautions. She made my daughter feel comfortable. When we left the office my daughter said, "I really like her (doctor), she was so nice." 
Big thumbs up!

Horrible staff that doesnt care about childs well-being. We had issues and concerns that were not addressed or taken care of. Well check visits were not performed properly. We have switch doctors 2 months ago. And they have given the run around on sending over records. It has gotten out of hand. I dont mind traveling for better service. Nicer doctors that care about of childs health.

This is the worse doctors office. They gave me son medicine for no reason and every time I take my son here when he’s sick they always say there is nothing wrong with him. Do not take your child here. The staff is so rude and do not understand parents. One doctor said to me during shots “ I’m glad I don’t have give him shots.” They do not explain themselves at all

The receptionist was perfect! I knew it was going to be a long wait because of previous experience so i brought along several things to keep us busy. There was only 2 other patients while we were there but as predicted it was a 45 minute wait. What bothered me was the fact we were there for a well check and the dr spent no more than 5 minutes with us. The nurse was not too friendly and didnt ask how she was or how she had been. I had several questions but the only one i could get out was about my 3yr olds sleep and he only recommended giving her melatonin..which i have been trying for the last yr. He didnt ask any developmental milestone questions like is she potty trained or off the bottle or anything about her diet. She isnt potty training and i needed some advice on that. When the nurse walked back in I said i had a couple of questions and she looked like it was i was a nuisance..or at least thats how i felt. The first few visits were great and we were so excited at finding "the one" so to speak..but now i am just dissapointed.
