The first time I got my nails done they looked beautiful but I had lots of cuts around my fingernails where the drill had cut me. When I went back to get them redone she seemed to be In a hurry and cut me up even more and my nails felt structurally weak. I would wake up in the middle of the night in pain because I had laid too hard on one and it felt like it was going to rip off constantly. When I went to get them removed the nail tech basically just tried to rip them off after letting them soak for maybe 5 minutes in acetone. It hurt and I kept pulling my hands away. She then got one of the blank acrylic nails from her kit and used it to pry my nails off. Then she put it BACK IN THE BOX WITH THE OTHERS! That sealed it for me and I will never be back.

Great nail salon! The place is clean and organized. Staff are all highly trained and do a thorough job every time. I highly recommend them!

The man who did my pedicure today took very good care of me. The massage was not rushed and he paid special attention to the nailpolish. The atmosphere and personal interactions with staff were very pleasant. I felt very special on this mothers day. They were also very considerate of my son who was waiting for me. I will be back here again. :)

I had got a couple pedicures here before and was very satisfied. But the last time I came, all I asked for was a simple French manicure and the man who did my nails did a HORRIBLE job. He cut my fingers with his nail tool and made me bleed in two places, then completely screwed up the manicure. They didn't even cover my entire nails, the gel coating didn't even completely cover the white tips on some nails. it was very disappointing. And they barely lasted two days!!  Then he had the nerve to ASK for a tip, when I really didn't want to pay him at all for the horrible job he did. I never want to go back!

My nail tech did a horrible job refilling my nails. I paid $35 just for my nails to look worse after getting them done. There are lines where the nail were refilled that I'm pretty sure shouldn't be there. I have warned all my friends to never come to this shop. If I could give them negative stars I would. Not to mention some of the nail techs are rude, then have the audacity to ask for a tip. Never again.
