We went in for a simple men's cut and was not a good experience. I felt she lacked a lot of experience and preferred that if she was not confident that she expressed that. I did not get her name or did I see a certificate with her name.The girl had pink and blondish colored hair. She really needs more lessons. I feel we were her first clients. I'm not a professional person who cuts hair or anything but I feel this was something I could have done at home watching a YouTube video. My boyfriend was not asked what type of fade he wanted once she felt she was done she took the cape off and proceeds to blow dry the hair off of his neck and head blowing it all over his shirt. This was the a horrible experience. I don't feel confident to come back.

Greta (the owner) is the go to person if you want a bob! She is very precise and accurate. I'm wearing my hair shorter now. She does an incredible job cutting and highlighting my hair. From what I've seen, all the girls there are very good. And...you can't beat the prices!

I walked in while on a break between classes and the service was great. They were able to get me in and out at a reasonable time with Bobbi and she did a wonderful job with my hair. I got a shampoo,cut, and style and the price was good for the service and the salon was clean. If you wanting a nice cut and style this is the place to go!

I have been going to Smart Looks for over 4 years now and I have never had a bad expience!! I do have difficult hair Greta always manages to pull off the perfect cut & color!! Greta is the owner and she really strives to ensure every style is exactly what you want. The shop was recently updated to a more modern style and everyone is really happy with the new look! Including me! I have found my stylist and if you are looking for one, I would tell you to go to Smart Looks and see Greta!!
