Love this place! I chose them for physical therapy after a revision ACL surgery at hospital for special surgery, and am so glad I did. The facility is brand new, very clean and spacious. They are open until 8PM, and it is always very easy to schedule appointments. Josh is a great therapist, kind and caring, he always listened to my concerns but also pushed me when needed. He was always available to answer my questions (via e-mail or phone) and also to communicate with my doctor when necessary.   The support staff is specially courteous and accommodating. Josh and his team went above and beyond to make sure I got back to my normal life as fast and safe as possible. Thank you so much for the patience and hard work team!!!

Decided to try Professional Physical Therapy in RyeBrook after my second ACL reconstruction surgery.  In terms of location it was the most convenient which really sold it for me.  I also knew I didn't want to go back to the same place I went after the 1st surgery.  Now 3 1/2 months in, Josh and his staff are what really keep me coming back (which means a lot bc I show up at 7am 3x a week!)  You have so many options for physical therapy in the area, but the level of expertise and reception I've experienced with the Rye Brook staff is why I decided to review.  Josh pushes you when he knows you can/should be doing higher level exercises and listens to my questions/concerns.  He emails my doctor directly too, regarding questions HE has about my progress and milestones then relays it back to me.  Usually means i'm going to do harder exercises.. fun.  I just started running again & I've broken 3 green bands to date.  I have a ways to go, but am looking forward to whatever Josh throws at me.

Place is nice, BUT as soon as they get busy with new patients they forget about you suddenly your unimportant. Talking to front desk is sometimes like the twilight zone, find another PT place.
