I WAS A LITTLE APPREHENSIVE BRINGING MY CAR HERE BECAUSE SOME OF THE REVIEWS WERE POOR. IN THE END I DECIDED TO HAVE MY CAR REPAIRED BY THIS FACILITY. THEY WERE POLITE, AND WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY NEEDS. THE CAR REPAIR WAS COMPLETED IN 4 DAYS, WITH THE 4TH OF JULY BEING ONE OF THEM. THE CAR WAS DELIVERED BACK TO ME A DAY EARLY AND IT LOOKS BRAND NEW. IT WAS ALSO DETAILED...INSIDE AND OUT, WHICH IS ALSO A REFLE3CTION ON THE REPAIR SHOP THEY SENT IT OUT TO. ROBYN WAS TERRIFIC , AND THE RESULTS ARE EXCELLENT. THANK YOU!

Very friendly staff, answered all my questions and concerns. After getting rear ended, my car was ready faster than anticipated and looked brand new! Very happy customer

The people at this location do not know what they're doing or at least they are not careful for what they do. They charged me over $200 for something that wasn't even suppose to be charged. Worst location ever, they need more professionals. AND the manager there is VERY rude, I'm still having issues with my car because of them. Don't trust them. How can a manager like that run an even more unprofessional location like that? And watch them do NOTHING about it.

Went to get the car and the car was not painted properly the Finish had blemishes in the paint the car was scratched up surprised at Progressive I even asked for flow

I am shocked and outraged at how Progressive is handling our claim. Our truck was run into by one of their clients who is 100% at fault, and they do not want to pay for the most basic, safety related repairs. They consider the repairs complete, and advise us to drive the truck home, despite there being a damaged and leaking brake line still on the truck, which was acknowledged by Jason, the inspector. Not to mention, they don't want to pay for straightening the frame, there is still a dent in the bumper, and the fender guard is not bolted on. When I asked the adjuster how we should drive the truck away from the shop without any brakes and how this could be considered completely repaired, she said she had no answer. The inspector's supervisor was supposed to call us, but we have heard nothing. In the meantime, they have stopped paying for the rental car. This is the kind of service you can expect from Progressive. I would give them no stars, but Google won't post a review without at least one star.
