They really trying to do to much. Instead of hiring a experience person in the shop, they elected to bring a inexperienced person. So after making an appointment to simply change tires, the guy over the shop was to busy to even keep the appointment. He then assign a new guy to change the tires (assuming because it was the easiest thing to do in the shop). As I'm waiting for me car, he tells me that my tire pressure sensor was broke. I explained to him that everything on my car was working because I don't ride more then a day or two without repairing my car at the dealership and I would be OK if he replaced my sensor but he could no longer touch my car understanding that mistake happen. But instead of repairing what he broke, he offers to install my sensor if I could get one because he couldn't because the dealership doesn't keep them in stock. I called the dealership on my way out frustrated and determined to have my car operating in safe condition and got a new sensor within minutes. Needless to say, I'll never do business with these people again

I've serviced all my cars at Ultimate Auto Care, and I continue to do so because of the exceptional service I receive every single time.  I am extremely satisfied with the customer service, their honesty and their expertise in diagnosing and correcting each problem.  I would no doubt recommend Ultimate Auto Care!  Thank you Ultimate for always making my "driving life" a safe and stress free one.

I have a great experience every time I go to Ultimate Aute Care. They have been my mechanics for the past 3 years. Carla , DJ and Rickie are always willing to go the extra mile to help me out or point me in the right direction. My latest project is a jeep a brought in and it went from a regular jeep to a monster truck in a week. I'm blessed to have honest people that will give you the correct estimate on your parts. It's a positive environment that I will recommend anyone to get there car services by them.

I'm so happy with my new car If I could post this twice I would. These people are just awesome they took care of me and didn't stop until they found the car I was looking for, they are professional and I got a really great deal they were patient and diligent. Id definitely use them again and I'll be going back there for my service needs too.
