PROKITE is committed to providing the highest quality kiteboarding lessons in the world. Our progressive coaching techniques, talented and experienced instructors, teaching and riding locations, and equipment resources guarantee our clients the best kite riding experience available in the sport today.

We are IKO certified and insured. All Prokite kiteboarding lessons meet at our on the beach location, and utilize radio and waverunner support, so you’re always safe while you’re having fun. We also photo and video document your rides for you to share!

I highly recommend you don't pay for a package in advance. Pay as you go so you know the wind conditions. I paid in advance, being told I would be a "priority", but that's not what happened. The wind was either too light or too strong and when it was good, Prokite focused on other students. They already had my money, so I was not really a priority. Also, I specifically asked for Mary but didn't get her for every lesson so it was like starting over again -- the new instructor had to learn my skill sets which took too much time. I was there for over a week and even extended my departure. I left highly disappointed.

Brett and Mary are amazing instructors! Their whole team is great and provided me great help in progressing to the next level. I highly recommend Prokite if you are looking for lessons!

Rented a full kite setup for a 2 day trip to South Padre. Easy and affordable. A great option if you're self sufficient on a kite and don't want to travel with gear. You can swap out gear if conditions change. I'd recommend it, and will be back.

Brett and his kiteboarding instruction and shop is definitely an asset to South Padre. Hit him up to buy new or used kite gear. He will also repair bladders overnight ready for the next day. I gave him a couple of kites to repair and they were ready the next morning. Thanks Brett!
