Was denied services here for a laceration on the head. The phone monkey told me that this urgent care doesn't so head injuries because of the possibility of concussion or brain damage and sent us to the hospital because she, in her secretary opinion, said that we needed a MRI. Went to the hospital for the laceration, 5 second concussion test, no MRI. I wonder if the desk slave has malpractice insurance for refusing service. tl;dr not an urgent care center but a work place injury center.

Clean facility, good equipment. Service was lacking, perhaps staff not enough for volume of patients? Felt like the staff didn't really believe me as I described my symptoms. Left without diagnosis, but several negative tests so they did their due diligence. I would recommend the facility, but don't expect your visit to be quick.

7 other people in the waiting area which means I am left standing while waiting...I am here for a low back injury. No chair was offered from the many empty chairs in the office/reception area. After an hour one person has been sent to the exam room. If I hadn't already checked in and paid my copay I am certain I would leave and not come back. Nothing urgent about this urgent care. I would NOT recommend.

I hate this place so much. Its always busy and they treat patients horribly, they look at them like walking sacks of money. Horrible staff, and very very very slow care. Always busy (I don't know why, being that they are horrible). I much rather prefer South Toledo Urgent Care which is right down the street.
