My stay was at least four years ago. The water park lifeguards/staff was awful. Young and inexperienced employees. The room  was nice and clean. Food was average.

I didn't stay at the hotel but I did spend 6 hours in the water park. It was very nice and the life guards were good at their job. One looked like he was sleeping sometimes but once he went to a different station was more awake. A complaint I have is sometimes they ignore rules though they're minor ones like letting people do the lazy river without a tube thing. Food was excellent. Will come again

There was no water park so I was pissed they try to charge me for the room because I was up there for an hour. False advertisement there's no splash nothing you gotta pay for breakfast this hotel suck smh they gotta bar doh.

There is not as much to do as there is at other indoor waterparks. A lifeguard was sleeping on duty (I even have a photo). My daughter cut her foot on a rusty jagged bench. There were cobwebs surrounding the windows. The 3 stars may be a little generous but we did have some fun while here.
