Was very pleased with the service, the process & results. I have purchased a similar Full Service wash from my usual car wash, SS. Last time I felt like they hurried the process, did a very quick once over and didn't care about the results, just moving me through the "line".

I liked that the vacuum & wipe down stage was inside and very visible from the waiting room. I have three rows of seats. When the back row is popped up it's a bit hard to get access to that third row,. You guys took the time that was needed to do a good job. Very thorough, polite & professional. I also appreciated them bringing up the two day rain guarantee without me asking about it.

Awesome business. They're a little pricey, but always do a great job. My go to guys to get my car looking perfect! Always fast, even when they're slammed with other cars, and always friendly.

I live in West Valley and I don’t know of many full service car wash places out here so I Yelped Prompt Car Wash and drove down to get my car washed. My car looked beautifully clean inside and out. I think they did an awesome job and will definitely be going back.

They did an impressively thorough job for the price! I was not expecting such a thorough cleaning. The employees were very kind and friendly as well. Highly recommend. :)

I absolutely love Prompt. They are in a convenient location. Their prices are fair and they always do a good job. Only reason I rate them 4/5 is because sometimes you have to wait upwards of 15 minutes for someone to even come up to your car and ask what they can help you with. Other than that I enjoy the employees and the results I get each and every time I go.
