This car wash is over priced for what you get. They used to be a great wash with 1 main exterior wash that was about 10 bucks and included great options. Now a they have options total basic with just a little soap and water will cost you 10 bucks and exterior only wash only go up from there to as much as 19.95 for an exterior only wash. I will never be back to this wash....

UPDATE: Changed management service went to hell.  I am switching back to Mister.

I love how they hand dry my car after the wash and put tire shine on. They have always done a great job.

Paid $25 for a $9 Wash.

I don't usually leave reviews, but i was so dissatisfied with this service, i decided i needed to offer this feedback.

I came here about 2 months ago, and received a below average car wash.  I decided to give them another chance, and come back to see if they could do better.  I purchased The Works Plus, and couldn't have been more disappointed.  

When my truck came out of the car wash, they pulled it up and parked it in the sun.  I watched closely to see what they would do on it, given my previous experience, and i saw one man quickly and insufficiently wipe a towel down the side of the truck.  Then the assistant manager came in and told me the truck was done.

I went out and looked at my water spot covered truck, and noticed that none of the inside was touched, and the outside was done poorly.  There were water spots all over, dust still on the dash board, leather seats not wiped (had some minor but visible spills on them, which was one of the reasons i came in), windows hadn't been wiped, rims not washed, my floor mats were still covered in dirt and mud.  Even the number that they had written on my windshield had only been partially washed off.

I went back inside, and asked the lady at the main desk to help me rectify the problem.  She was nice and helpful.  She came out, looked at the truck, shocked at what was not completed, and notified the assistant manager (who had notified me the truck was done). The front desk lady was helpful the whole way, but the AM was not. I showed the AM the inside of the truck (all items i mentioned), and asked for all the items listed on the Works wash to be done, and she looked surprised but unsure what to do.  

The Assistant Manager started working on some things, but kept wanting to finish.  I had to point out each item listed on the works in order for them.

The works included:
- Tire Cleaner (tires were untouched and dusty)
- Underbody wash (i don't know how to confirm)
- Wheel Brite (wheels hadn't been touched)
- Wheel Blast (again, wheels hadn't been touched)
- Mirror Rinse (not done)
- Dash Dusted (definitely missed)
- Vacuum/wipe seats (definitely missed)
- Clean carpet & Mats (definitely missed)
- Windows inside & Out (definitely missed)

The store manager came over to me (before seeing the car) and asked what my concern was.  I listed the missed items, and the manager responded apologetically, but didn't ever go back to make sure it was done correctly.  It was a different cleaner that came over and had to help look over.  

All in all, i hat to say it, but this was by far the worst car wash i've ever had.

Jaklyn Puerto @ The 2100 South & Main St was incredible w/her customer service! She was kind, respectful, professional & went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I’m glad that she was the associate at the time I decided to get my car washed. PS the shirt & tie policy is RIDICULOUS. I wouldn’t work here jus cuz of that. A cool polo would b perfect. I mean.. for a car wash job. It’s excessive. I feel bad for your associates.

Very disappointing experience.  Paid for the premium exterior wash, $18.  After waiting about 10 minutes for someone to wipe down my car, I ended up wiping it down myself, while the staff watched.  After I had finished the car myseft, I went to the front desk to complain.  The women at the desk was nice, but said the only way I could talk to management was to go online.  They did offer a free air freshener, but I don’t use them.
