Reviews
I made a transload delivery here for one of their local customers. All of the employees were friendly and efficient. It’s a bit cumbersome to bump the dock with a 53’ trailer and a road truck, but there are definitely worse places.

We bought a chair and actually paid extra for it to be assembled for Christmas...it was not done when I called asking for a reason, I spoke to Robin who was very rude and basically told me to bad, there was nothing going to be done about it. Didn't even get a refund on assembly. This place is rude and will charge for services not rendered.

Wow can't say enough wonderful things about this company! The rep Max came out--he was beyond friendly--and very patient! Shopped around for weeks, and this was the most reasonably priced and quick to respond. Had another company come out and try to charge me almost 2k more. Beacon is extremely fair. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of moving, I am so grateful!

ProRelo subcontracts with Manna Distribution Services for "white glove" delivery. Had to wait a week for them to deliver my bed - not a problem. It is a 3.5 hour drive from their warehouse to my home. The driver showed up and found that the warehouse forgot to load the bed into the truck. Now I have to wait another week for delivery. This is unacceptable. Updated this from 1 star to 2. The following week, they delivered the bed and did an excellent job of setting it up and removing the old mattresses and packing material, while being very careful not to damage anything.

Customer service skills are no good they don't do as they promise you. They don't let their workers know everything they need when they come to pack or move you. They don't do as u request. Over all this company is a total joke
