All our worldly possessions are stored here until we purchase a house. We went to collect some items and both our containers were waiting for us. The contents were in great condition and barely adjusted after a 1500 mile trek to ABQ. Corporate, however is another story. They double billed us for our units and initially denied it.

This service is best if you will immediately load, move and unload. Horrible choice if you decide to store over time and need to access your belongings. It takes an hour on the phone to talk to a customer service representative.  Then you must provide 48 hours notice to access the container. Then when you arrive, the onsite staff advises you are not on the schedule. The cost is extremely high, especially for poor service.  We decided to empty the container. Rented a uhaul and had help arrive at the prearranged day and time. No one was at the facility. Wasted 5 hours until we could access the container.  Instead of starting work in the cooler morning, we worked through the hot afternoon.  This resulted in an extra day of charges for the uhaul.

Started out great and went downhill quickly. Got the delivery set-up and delivered quickly but getting it pickup is almost impossible. After deciding not to use the container I immediately contact them to pick it up. First told the 23rd was scheduled but someone failed to verify with the pickup facility so the 23rd comes and I still have a container. Contacted them again and they said it was never verified so they would be picking it up on the 26th but got a text stating it would be picked up on the 30th 1 day after I close on the sale of my house. Contacted them again and they contacted the pickup facility who stated they have a truck down but would TRY to pick it up on the 28th. Will not recommend them to anyone after this experience. Adding stress to an already stressful situation.

Rude management. If you have delivery containers, nobody help you, there is no much space to park in the door. Spend two hours already, one container delivery only, still in the door.

Great job! Everything arrived exactly when they said it would and so far I don’t see even a scratch on any of my furniture! I strongly recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for movers!
