We reserved a truck on the phone, but when we got there, they'd double booked. Staff was helpful and rented me a larger truck. Price was kind of stiff, $60 for an hour. Staff said the people taking reservations double book all the time -should work on that.

Lines can take a long time to get through. I'd guess 10 or so minutes per person in line. Not the fault of the employees though. My quick observation was that a lot of customers didn't have their act together and they needed a lot of extra help which took a long time.

Main reason for low rating is two fold:

1. Not a great area. Saw numerous questionable people walking around. Didn't feel particularly safe. Was worried that my car might be broken into while waiting in line.

2. The truck we rented was ancient and had absolutely terrible shocks. I've never been in a worse ride in my entire life. Not the sort of thing that puts your mind at ease. Especially worrying since we were about to pack our life's possessions into it for transport. 170k miles on the truck. Drove 34 miles and used 4 gallons of fuel.

Pros:
1. Decent prices.
2. Location was good (excluding crime potential) because it's right off the freeway and was across the street from Love's or flying j or one of those style of gas stations made for filling up very large vehicles. Made returning the vehicle and gassing it up before hand very easy.

I needed protective covers for mattress sets and they verified the size was in stock and gave me the price. Very helpful.

Best place to get a truck, I've moved 4 times in 2 years and always go here. The store owner is very nice and always gives the best deals and hasn't charged me for dollies or carts. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I didn't catch their names and they didn't end up having some of the equipment we needed, but the two guys working here on Sunday were really nice and helpful. Thanks!
