The protection that ADT set me up with is exactly what I needed with pricing that fit my budget. You don't have to be rich to protect your home with ADT. The installer was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain everything to me and we even upgraded some of my equipment. I am a very happy customer.

I recently had my Protect Your Home service installed, and the technician was prompt with the appointment time, he was very considerate of removing his shoes before entering the home, and conducted his self in a professional manner. He displayed a spirit of how he enjoy his job, and educated me on the product from start to finish, he took his his time and explained every feature within detail, but yet simple enough to make sure the customer got understanding before leaving. Very happy wsith the service, and now I  feel secure in my home.

The technician, Justin, was wonderful.  He was so helpful and went the extra mile to ensure the installation and training was stress free for me.  There were some technical difficulties in setting up cameras but he made sure all was well and working properly before leaving.

The installation was easy and quick, the installer was very professional and courteous and explained things in an easy to understand manner.
He went out of his way to explain things multiple times if needed, i was completely happy with the installation.

We've only had the system for two days.  Last night there was a low battery signal. The agent worked me to try to resolve it.  She tried  several approaches, but since I couldn't find the transformer, she recommended that I notify Service. So far everything is fine.
