Jayson the manager is great. Willing to work with you and explains everything well. No pressure sales. In and out service. Just spent 2.5 hours at sprint trying to still close account with no resolve. If you want to walk in and out and be happy every time T-Mobile it up.

They are helpful and kind! Kristen and Eric are both the sweetest people you will ever have in customer service and they will do anything to make sure you leave the store satisfied!

The employees are extremely knowledgeable and when you have any sort of problem they do not stop till it's been resolved. Very very friendly customer service.

Love this T-Mobile store, staff is very friendly and helped me with a loaner phone while I waited for my Galaxy Note 3 to be replaced under warranty. True 5 Star customer service don't know why they had the past negative reviews but my experience this time, and each time that I've come here, has always been great!
