I would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciate and total satisfaction with the services we received from Danasia Hayes. Although we have not found our perfect vacation home, the search is ongoing. We live in Omaha, Nebraska and travel to Shell Knob several times a year. Whenever we are in town, Dee goes over and above to make sure she assists us in any way she can. Dee is not only a great real estate agent, but a wonderful person. I am completely confident that she will find our perfect home!

Danasia gets 10 stars in our book! She went above and beyond from day 1 of our relationship with her. We live in PA and inherited a property in Shell Knob MO. Danasia took care of finding a buyer for us as if it were her own property. The property was empty and also in need of some repairs as well as continual maintenance. We never doubted that she would come thru with the best deal possible for us even in the slow market that was going on at that time. We are so happy with the outcome. Everything was handled for us without us having to make a trip to Shell Knob. She is true to her word, ethical, professional, compassionate, untiring, resourceful, and just downright nice. Can't say enough good about her. She is truly one in a gazillion. You would be crazy to go to anyone else for your real estate needs.

We have known and been associated with Danasia for over 5 years. We purchased our lake home from her, and we have not regretted it. When we went through the process of purchasing our home, at no time did Danasia pressure us, but instead she guided us through it. One thing we like about dealing with Danasia, when we ask her to investigate a property or business opportunity, we are assured that she is on it and following through. She is always friendly, honest, informative, and reliable. We feel like not only did we find a real estate lady, we also found a friend. Recently, we were planning a family get together at the lake, and we were looking for a location to accommodate our needs. The first person we called was Danasia to get some ideas, and as always, she came through and helped us find the perfect accommodations. Also, because of Danasia, we found a great local, home owned bank that has been our primary bank. If any of our friends or family are looking to sell or buy, we never hesitate to have call Danasia. We can not thank her enough for all she has done for us.

My husband and I purchased a lake house several years ago with Danasia. She was very helpful, not only with the purchase of the house, but helped us find a building contractor for remodeling. Last year I called Danasia to ask a favor of her. As I was out of town during extremely cold weather, she drove out to the house to make sure the house was okay. She also took care of other business--all at no charge. I definitely recommend Danasia.
