I can't express enough how grateful I am for this place. They helped my 15 yrs old daughter so much! They taught her copying skills and else. The staff was always friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. After she spent a week in the hospital, she was referred to the intense outpatient program. Marilyn and Annie are AMAZING! They truly do care for these teenagers they have in therapy. Brandon is also super! Austin is so good and make these kids feel appreciated with his sweet smile. My daughter has improved so much with their expertise, love, caring, support. These two ladies which are truly angels! My daughter loves them so much! For now, and until my daughter needs them, I could not imagine our lives without these two amazing, professional and loving ladies!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I highly recommend this place to other parents that are suffering due their teenagers poor choices! Thank you Provo Canyon!!!

This is a place of safety and healing. Staff have been great, answered all my questions within the first 24 hrs. My experience so far has been great...coming from a terrified,worried mother of a 17 yr. old perfect child struggling with depression. I feel this is where we were supposed to be! No worries, hope is another 24 hrs.

The staff here are so caring and really do their best for their patients. I could not be more impressed with their knowledge and ability to help people with mental health issues!

AVOID!!!!!!! This is the worst place ever!!!! Lydia is totally unprofessional and rude. The therapists and doctors will make fun of the patients with disabilities. I had a family member in there and they mistreated him and physically hurt him!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!! Suzette and Lydia are terrible and mean and will not answer any questions and refuse to help in every way possible. Please if you love and care about your person or family member KEEP AWAY from here. They do more damage than good.

I brought a friend in for detox services there. He spent five days in that facility. He emerged a completely different and wonderful person. He told me repeatedly that he enjoyed his time there and that the staff was very helpful. This place could have very well saved his life.
