, this department is a joke I've got Mexican Coke dealers directly across the street from me the police department does nothing whatsoever they won't even send a car down my street I make it so I can call and get nothing but complaints from the complaint department the entire city of Pryor police is corrupt if they do not have a legitimate crime they will manufacturer one speaking as a victim. ... 1 * is the minimum I would definitely rate, add -5 if not 6 if I could decisions will be better left to arm themselves and take justice in their own hands

Being a good Samaritan I dislodged a broken backpack from the Harrison Library DVD box. Despite there being a sign stating, "do not deposit sacks they get stuck". A backpack was being used to clog the shoot thereby allowing a DVD thief to accumulate dvds to steal. This was Thanksgiving day, which was a long weekend. There were many dvds available for thieves to easily steal until I shoved them down inside. There was another obstruction too. Proceeding on to a family gathering at Golden Corral in Claremore for Thanksgiving dinner. I thought to call Mayes county sheriff's office to report this incident. They referred me to Pryor Creek police. In reporting to Ofc. Garrett was VERY RUDE, and accused me of stealing the bag. He insisted, under THREAT OF A WARRANT that I return the broken backpack to him IMMEDIATELY. I OFFERED TO DO SO AFTER DINNER. My family was inside a VERY CROWDED Golden Corral waiting. My daughters I had not seen in years. Long lines, and no parking; and a waiting WARRANT...I returned to Pryor Police Dept where CRASED Ofc. Garrett met me...without his warrant! THERE WAS NO CRIME! JUST A YOUNG IDIOT WITH A GUN, AND BADGE!!! I reported this incident to 5 TV stations. All said these young "toy" police are selected based on profiles that exclude intelligence, reason, and logic! They are attracted by paramilitary uniforms, enthusiasm for guns, and father figure complexes! Sadly or frightning is...most are below average intelligence! Library personnel said they would try to quill Ofc. Garrett's anxiety by informing police chief they own no backpacks, and know me to be a nice patron of OK libraries. My extended family has donated 2 MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR LIBRARIES IN TULSA OK!!!!!!!!!!!
