Story

PSCU is a not-for-profit, state-chartered, member-owned financial cooperative. PSCU members are credit union owners, empowered with the ability to elect the volunteer Board of Directors, and to determine how their credit union is operated. Credit union earnings are returned to members in the form of higher savings rates and lower loan rates.

PSCU has been safe, secure, and insured since 1938, and today has over $1.8 billion in assets and more than 190,000 members. A full-service financial institution, PSCU offers an array of financial products and services including savings and checking accounts, loans, mortgages, mobile banking, online bill payment, and more.

PSCU members can access their accounts and conduct transactions at the credit union’s 28 branches, as well as at over 200 CO-OP Shared Branches in Colorado. Also, through the credit union’s partnership with the CO-OP ATM network, members have surcharge-free access to 30,000 ATMs throughout the country.

I usually make my bike payment here since it’s closest to my house they’re usually good with everything but today 12/29/17 they charged me the amount of payment I wanted but placed the wrong amount into my loan which was a lot lower than I had said & was charged for. So I had to go back & they had placed the difference no big deal, however as I check my new balance it’s a lot higher than it was after the first payment the excuse they had was it’s due to interest rate.. I would call that stealing money. Manager is a joke, thinking it’s funny as she is smiling at me as she tries to explain repeating the same bs! Had to walk away before I flipped out ! Horrible experience & service I’ve had in this bank!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Tellers are always awesome though. I came in one day bc a reoccuring withdrawal automatically came out of my account and random times every month, so I could never keep up with it and it would cause me to overdraw. I sat with Darryl Berry, and asked him for advice on what should I do to get this to stop (when my account was in good standing still) and how to eventually refinance my car loan with them. He didn’t even look up from his computer screen once and acted as if his main goal was to get me out of his office. I just wanted to get one whole bill in the mail, that I could pay instead of random pulls from my account. I was advised to cancel out my cards and get new ones (which I paid 5 dollars for but that’s no big deal) and my problem would be solved. I was just gonna close my account. But I was told I wouldn’t have these problems anymore. I brushed it off, took out the rest of my money, and decided to figure it out on my own, but didn’t close my account. I work for a bank, so I know how banks work. A couple weeks later this withdrawal is still coming out and I’ve accrued 5 fees because of it. I went to a different branch and they told me all I would’ve needed to do was change my account number. The banker did it in literally minutes and said she’d see about having her manager wave out 2 of these fees for me, but told me to go back to this branch and see why they would tell me to do such a thing, which worked out poorly for me. I sat with Darryl again and sure enough, he acted as if he hates life and he’s miserable about something. Didn’t take ownership for his mistake and couldn’t give me an answer as to why a TELLER came up with a solution in a matter of seconds but a financial specialist 2 couldn’t come up with that. He also told me there’s nothing he could do about fees at the location and only the branch who opened my account could do that. Which is a lie because I spoke to customer service before I went in over the phone and they specifically told me if they send me to another branch they’re just giving me the run around and can do the same thing as any other branch. So I called them again as I left and gave them his name. His customer service is terrible and I’m not sure why he’s a financial speacialist if a teller can do his job faster and more efficiently than him. I could’ve closed my account then and there but instead he scammed me out of 5 fees.

This is the chase bank of credit unions! A bank full of apathetic middle aged women. Be aware the atm just steps from the front door of the bank is not "serviced" by them so even depositing cash it will be held for multiple days. The fourth person I spoke with was the only person with this information. Bad/uneducated employees ranging from customer service over the phone right to the tellers looking at your face. Closing my account soon as they release the money 🤦‍♂️

Sondra, the Bank Manager Is always helpful and kind! Everyone I deal with no matter which branch is always nice and if they don't know the answer to my question they always find out for me! I only bank here now.

Never have issues depositing or pulling money out. And they can make new cards at this location.
