I have always had a great experience with your service reps and this review does not apply to them. What this review does apply to is your horrible online banking system. Trying to add my checking account so I can make payments to my auto loan has been a absolute nightmare. I've dealt with other financial institutions and this one is by far the worst for online banking. They send your checking account a deposit and then you have to go back into your online account and confirm the charges.... WHY? No debit card option to make payments either.

I have 2 loans with them and they always mix the payments up. Watch out, they also conveniently cash your loan payment 1 day after the grace and then charge a late fee. I asked the manager about it and he turned red but denied it.  Bad business practices and poor costumer service. I would never bank here except they gave us an auto loan for 2.99% and I can't find a better rate anywhere else.

Paid my car off in full and haven't received a title for 4 months. I have been told by 4 different people that it was sent out at different dates, then finally being told after a 5th time that they had it at the office. I begged them to hold onto it, and I came in a week later and they apparently mailed it out. It's been a month since then and still no title. Now I have to take time off work to sign a lean release with them at the Arvada branch and then sit at the DMV for a new title. Absolutely awful customer service that presented no solution. 4 months for a title is absurd.

Is it possible to give negative stars? This institution managed to miss that  their patron's account was obviously fraudulently used to pay for a several hundred dollar bill in one state, followed by a ridiculous amount in another, and then allow this to happen six times over one week. And somehow this same patron's account mahaged to be used AGAIN after the patron asked the account to be frozen because money was being stolen. Additionally, when asking for help what you're gonna get is pissed off and rude female who will then send you to an even angrier male who barks out things like, "Well what do want me to do?!" And mumbles under his breath how he hasn't smoked yet.

Also, when asked why your account isn't being monitored, you will be informed that "This happens every day. It can happen to anyone."

I completely understand that crappy people exist and steal other people's money. What I don't understand is how no help was offered and why every one working there was rude.

*This happened within the last month and these issues were brought to the manger and there was absolutely every opportunity  to make things right and help the issues get solved. Instead, the response was "Its your fault, figure it out. I need a smoke."
