Extremely rude staff!!! With the exception of 1 or 2 tellers, they look like they hate their jobs and do not want to be there. One gentleman who said he was the lead looked miserable and was snappy with me, no wonder the other staff members act the same. So it’s clear that no one there actually wants to provide cheery service. When I go through the drive through I’ve only had one efficient and fast teller. Don’t waste your time, just go to the Wells Fargo on 52nd.

They need another drive-up ATM. The ATM line is always three or more cars deep while the seven teller lines are usually empty. The location at 100th has two drive-up ATMs and never a line. 

Inside the lobby I was next in line to make a quick commercial deposit. The teller dedicated to the commercial line had something more important to do, left her station after telling me to wait in the other long line with everyone else.

This branch is awful.

Many times I have filled out the online forms (while waiting in line for the ATM) requesting to be contacted about the lack of drive-up ATMs and poor service inside only to never hear from anyone. 

I want this branch managers job.

This bank seems hit or miss depending on who is working and what service you need. I have had simple transactions require way to much time. I requested a home mortgage specialist call me and that never happened. They were more concerned with selling me a new service than provide good customer service.

Why don't you add a second atm machine in the bay right next to the existing one? Every time I come through I'm in line.
