Lost parking ticket they had a camera recording the entries into the garage but still charged me full days amount was there only maybe one hour . There are other choices the company needs to consider this ! I will not be back ! I would recommend that you consider other places .

This is an ideal place to park. Very few people seem to know about the Gay Street entrance, and there is ample parking, even during huge events like New Years and the 4th of July. Rates are low compared to even surface lots with no security. Another added bonus is that the elevator to the surface takes you to a lovely park area that has an observation deck to look out at the city.

2016/09/25 I am concerned with the way security in unmarked vehicle fratically waved,  drove quickly up ramp in reverse, when individuals drove around them he proceeded to follow honking horn. When young adult reached exit he blocks them in and rudely confronted them. "What do you think waiving means?" Well, as a parent of the young adults they did what was logical.  Go to the exit and call police. Who would know what the nut in the garage was up to?

Parking here was a breeze, cheap parking in my opinion. Not a big fan of the elevators as they smelled terrible, but nice walking distance from a lot of downtown.

This place is really expensive for parking and we had to 4th floor to find place for parking and when we come back we found us lost and still about an hour to find our car.
